About Our Founder

Aakash Gupta founded Hooray Teams in 2023 after spending years leading hybrid and remote teams across Australia, India, and the UK. With a background in growth and marketing, he experienced firsthand the challenges of managing teams spread across different time zones, cultures, and working styles.

Along the way, Aakash realized that building a strong company culture and keeping remote employees engaged takes more than just great processes. It requires meaningful opportunities for people to connect, collaborate, and have fun together. That insight inspired him to create Hooray Teams.

Since launching, Hooray Teams has partnered with more than hundreds of companies, helping distributed teams strengthen relationships, boost engagement, and create memorable shared experiences, regardless of where employees are located.
