Hosted Virtual Scavenger Hunt for Teams

An online scavenger hunt adds a modern digital twist to the traditional version of the game.  Like its traditional version, participants must find specific items in a virtual scavenger hunt list shared via video platforms or dedicated apps. Some games require them to crack virtual scavenger hunt clues and solve puzzles to locate items from the workplace, home, or even outdoors.  

Our host will divide your team into smaller groups and assign them to breakout rooms. You’ll receive a list of virtual scavenger hunt items or prompts to find within your home or immediate surroundings. Race against the clock to find and collect each item in time. Snap a photo or present your find on camera to complete the challenge. The person or team who collects the most items will be declared the scavenger hunt winner.

Items for a virtual scavenger hunt can include coffee mugs or a pair of socks, a childhood photo, a coin from a particular country, or a favorite snack. We can also tailor the hunt to specific themes by incorporating items related to hobbies, work, or even pop culture references. 

You can expect a mix of creative prompts. Some items will be listed directly-like “a red object” or “your favorite mug”-while others might include fun riddles or clues you’ll need to solve first.

You’ll usually get around 30 to 60 seconds per item, depending on the difficulty and how the host paces the team building escape game.

To join a virtual team scavenger hunt, you only need a computer with internet access and a video conferencing platform (like Zoom or Microsoft Teams). 

Absolutely! Our host is happy to capture a group screenshot at the end of your event so you have a fun keepsake of your team’s time together. If you’d like, we can even take photos of specific moments during the game. Just let us know your preferences in advance.

Yes, we can arrange to record the session-just let us know in advance so we can enable recording and share the file after the event.

Certainly! You’re welcome to source your own prizes to reward the winning team. We can also make the prize announcement extra special by arranging a fun spin-the-wheel or other creative ways to celebrate the winners. Just let us know your preferences.
